Terms of Use of our Stock Designs

Our stock designs are programs for embroidery machines.

  1. Legal owners of Embird Stock Designs may sell garments embroidered with Embird Stock Designs.

  2. Legal owners of Embird Stock Designs may put images of these designs on their web site and include them into their catalog.

  3. Embird Stock Designs may not be sold, given, lend or otherwise disseminated without our permission.

  4. Any use of Embird Stock Designs other than specified above must be licensed by Embird.
